1982 Elfin NG This is my 1982 Elfin NG Formula Vee chassis number 8226. This photograph was taken at Lakeside Park Raceway, Kurwongbah in Queensland. Lakeside Park or "Lakeside" is Queensland's historic motor racing circuit that still is operational today. It was once known as Australia's fastest circuit with the highest average lap speed recorded. The greats of world motor racing competed there during the 1960 and 1970 period. Jackie Clark, Graham Hill, Jackie Stewart and Jack Brabham as well as the echelon of Australia's own drivers from that period have raced on the circuit. Names such as Brock, Bond, Johnson, Moffat and Richards have experienced the challenge of Lakeside.

1977 Crossle 32F Formula Ford Built by Irish company Crossle the 32F saw the largest run of any production car from Crossle. 140 examples of this Formula Ford 1600cc car were built in 1977 and 1978 of which 101 were exported. Its distinctive wide nose and high engine cover provided improved aerodynamics and engine cooling. Driver protection was further enhanced with the inclusion of a roll over bar around the dash panel.
Nigel Mansell owned chassis No.37 and amongst the many others to use 32Fs were: - Dutch driver Michael Bleekemolen, Gary Gibson, Colin Lees, Arnie Black, Trevor Templeton, and much later Martin Donnelly. The 32F was also to prove to be the most popular choice for racing schools throughout the world.
